Step 1: Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente, drain.
Step 2: Set pasta aside to cool.
Step 3: Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, dill, salt and pepper to taste in a large bowl.
Step 4: Add pasta, tuna, cucumber, tomatoes, and onions, toss to coat.
Step 5: Cover and chill to blend flavors.
Step 6: Toss before serving adding mayonnaise as needed.
