Step 1: Whisk dry ingredients.
Step 2: Add wet ingredients and mix just until moist.
Step 3: Butter cans and fill 2/3 full and cover with aluminum foil.
Step 4: Put in boiling water 2/3's up sides. Cover and steam for 3 hours.
Step 5: Remove and bake cans for 10 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees until dried.
Step 6: Remove from cans and slice.
