Step 1: Put milk, mushroom juice that you have drained from canned mushrooms and raw egg and mixed over bread crumbs to soak them for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Add in rest of ingredients and mix with hands and form into loaf.
Step 3: Seasoning to taste.
Step 4: Brush ketchup over and let set 1/2 hour.
Step 5: Bake 350 degrees around 1-1/2 hours until done.
Step 6: Pour over hot brown gravy over cut slices.
