Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh parsley, roughly chopped (leaves and tender stems)
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon scotch bonnet peppers, diced
  • 3 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup yellow onion, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable bouillon
  • 1/16 teaspoon ground clove
  • 10 to 15 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves removed

How to Make

  • Step 1: Blend all ingredients in food processor. You can add more scotch bonnet peppers and garlic, but why? Lol Also if not vegan can use chicken bouillon.
