Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 16 ounces macaroni, dry
  • 6 cups water boiling
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Sauce
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup onions, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 28 ounces tomatoes, do not drain, crushed (1 can)
  • 15 ounces corn, undrained (1 can)
  • 20 ounces condensed tomato soup (2 cans)
  • Topping
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente, drain.

  • Step 2: Brown ground beef and onions and season lightly.

  • Step 3: Drain off grease.

  • Step 4: In a large pot or casserole, combine ground beef, noodles, tomatoes, corn and soup (use soup as is from the can, do NOT add anything to it).

  • Step 5: Simmer in large pot on stove, or bake at 350 degrees in casserole dish until heated all the way through.

  • Step 6: Top with your favorite variety of shredded cheese before serving.
