  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
