  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons salad oil
  • 10 ounces mushroom soup (1 can)
  • 1/4 cup milk

How to Make

  • Step 1: Have the meat ground together three times.

  • Step 2: Combine meat with corn meal, then add the seasonings, green pepper, onion, egg and water.

  • Step 4: Shape into small-size balls, about 24, and roll in flour.

  • Step 5: Brown meat balls in hot oil in pressure saucepan; add mushroom soup, thinned with milk.

  • Step 6: Cook at 15 pounds pressure for 5 minutes.
