Step 1: Saute onions and green pepper in butter.
Step 2: Add beef and brown and drain if needed.
Step 3: Add remaining ingredients, except flour and cook as long as you like. (Simmer 10 minutes)
Step 4: Just before serving, stir flour into a little water and add to stew.
Step 5: Cook, stirring until mixture is thickened to the consistency of chili.
Step 6: Season to taste. They used more salt back in the day lol and native Americans really used salt.
