Step 1: In a 3 quart Dutch oven, crumble hamburger and finely diced onion and pepper.
Step 2: Season lightly.
Step 3: Fry until brown, stirring frequently; drain if needed.
Step 4: Add the corn, tomatoes and broth.
Step 5: Bring to a hard boil add noodles, boil 12 to 15 minutes or until noodles are tender.
Step 6: Season to taste.
Step 7: Serve with hard rolls.
