  • 14 1/2 ounces Italian style stewed tomatoes (1 can)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 16 ounces whole berry cranberry sauce (1 can)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a blender, place undrained tomatoes and the next 7 ingredients (onions - allspice). Cover with blender cover and blend until almost smooth.

  • Step 2: Transfer to a medium saucepan; stir in cranberry sauce. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered; 30 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Serve warm or cold as an accompaniment to turkey, chicken or pork. Refrigerate or freeze any leftovers.
