Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 12 ounces wonton wrappers (50 wrappers in total) (1 package)
  • Vegetable oil
  • 8 1/2 ounces canned white crab meat (about 2 cans)
  • 1 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 ounces sliced black olives, drained (1 can)
  • 1/3 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup prepared Ranch dressing
  • 3 scallions, chopped (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350-degrees F.

  • Step 2: Brush each wonton on both sides with oil. Press each wonton into muffin tins. Bake for 5 - 7 minutes until golden.

  • Step 3: In a bowl, combine all other ingredients. Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon of mixture into wonton "baskets". Bake for 5 - 7 minutes or until cheese melts. Remove and let baskets rest for a few minutes before serving. Sprinkle with chopped scallions (if you'd like). Makes 50 wonton "baskets".
