The ingredients are:
  • 12 ounces frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup cauliflower or broccoli, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, diced
  • 1 cup cashews, chopped (salted variety, preferred)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing (prepared)
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, (cut into small crumbled pieces, for topping salad)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine all ingredients (peas - Ranch dressing), except bacon. Chill a minimum 2 hours before serving.
