  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • Sauce:
  • 4 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 4 tablespoons vinegar

How to Make

  • Step 1: MEATLOAF: Mix all the ingredients for the meatloaf together; shape into a large loaf and put into a greased baking dish; bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour, basting occasionally with pan juices.
