  • 2/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • Topping
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Saute the onions in oil until translucent, add garlic and cook until softened.

  • Step 2: Add to ground beef and mix in.

  • Step 3: Add the rest of ingredients.

  • Step 4: Place in a Pam sprayed 9x13 casserole.

  • Step 5: Mix sauce ingredients.

  • Step 6: Pour sauce over, covering completely.

  • Step 7: Bake in 350F degree oven for 90 minutes until done.
