The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces dry macaroni
  • 6 cups water, boiling
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Casserole
  • 2 cups white sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 12 eggs, hardboiled, chopped
  • 8 ounces ham, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente, drain.

  • Step 2: To a buttered 9x13 casserole, add a a layer of noodles, eggs, ham, sauce and bread crumbs.

  • Step 3: Seasoning each layer lightly.

  • Step 4: Repeat.

  • Step 5: Bake in 350 degrees F oven covered for 20 minutes, uncover and lightly brown bread crumbs.
