  • 16 ounces ham, chopped (2 cups)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 ounces sour cream (1/2 cup)
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 pounds potatoes, cooked, cubed (6)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped (fresh)
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 1 pound green beans, cooked, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook potatoes in salted boiling water.

  • Step 2: Add green beans last 10 minutes.

  • Step 3: Peel and chop potatoes.

  • Step 4: Combine vegetables and ham.

  • Step 5: Mix vinegar, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt and pepper, add to vegetables and toss lightly.

  • Step 6: Chill.

  • Step 7: Season to taste.

  • Step 8: Add more mayonnaise if needed, I like it saucier so I'm going to. lol
