  • 1/3 cup onion, diced
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Bisquick baking mix

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  • Step 2: Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate.

  • Step 3: Bacon cooked to a crisp, drained, and crumbled.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle the crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, and diced onion (in that order) evenly over the bottom of the pie plate.

  • Step 5: In a bowl, beat the eggs with the salt and pepper.

  • Step 6: Add the milk to the egg mixture and stir.

  • Step 7: Add the Bisquick and beat until smooth.

  • Step 8: Pour the Bisquick mixture over the ingredients in the pie plate.

  • Step 9: Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the quiche comes out clean.

  • Step 10: Let cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
