Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Step 2: Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate.
Step 3: Bacon cooked to a crisp, drained, and crumbled.
Step 4: Sprinkle the crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, and diced onion (in that order) evenly over the bottom of the pie plate.
Step 5: In a bowl, beat the eggs with the salt and pepper.
Step 6: Add the milk to the egg mixture and stir.
Step 7: Add the Bisquick and beat until smooth.
Step 8: Pour the Bisquick mixture over the ingredients in the pie plate.
Step 9: Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the quiche comes out clean.
Step 10: Let cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
