Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°.
Step 2: Get pie crust ready.
Step 3: Brown meat and onions with salt and pepper to taste over medium heat.
Step 4: Drain fat from pan and set aside.
Step 5: Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs, and cornstarch in a medium bowl with a whisk until smooth.
Step 6: Stir in meat and cheese and pour into an unbaked regular pie shell.
Step 7: To avoid spills in the oven, place pie shell on a baking sheet prior to placing in oven.
Step 8: Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown on top and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
