  • 12 eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely minced
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon granulated onion
  • 3/4 cup Kewpie mayonnaise or regular mayonnaise (a little more or less to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (1 lemon)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed

How to Make

  • Step 1: Remove the yolks from the hard boiled eggs.

  • Step 2: Mash the yolks with a fork.

  • Step 5: Fold in the chopped egg whites.

  • Step 6: Season to taste.
