Step 1: Heat oil, dredge meat in flour mixture and brown.
Step 2: Add onions, green peppers, garlic, paprika and tomato paste.
Step 3: Cook until softened, don't burn.
Step 4: Add to Pam sprayed crockpot.
Step 5: Deglaze pan with wine and pour into crockpot scraping all brown bits in too.
Step 6: Add rest of ingredients except potatoes and green beans, add them 1/2 way through cooking. They said sweet potato disintegrated; so you want whole potatoes. lol
Step 7: Simmer on low 6 hours until beef is tender.
Step 8: Remove bay leaf season to taste
