Step 1: Salt the chicken breasts lightly with kosher salt.
Step 2: Mix spices together.
Step 3: Pound out the chicken so it's even, not flat though.
Step 4: Rub the spices into the chicken
Step 5: Let rest 10 minutes.
Step 6: Heat oil and 2 tablespoons of the butter and saute the chicken until browned.
Step 7: Flip adding butter as needed.
Step 8: When lightly browned, add cream and simmer, don't boil.
Step 9: Cook until thickened.
Step 10: Add rest of butter.
Step 11: Sprinkle on parsley at very end.
