  • 1 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (4)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/4 cup butter, divided
  • 8 ounces heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Salt the chicken breasts lightly with kosher salt.

  • Step 2: Mix spices together.

  • Step 3: Pound out the chicken so it's even, not flat though.

  • Step 4: Rub the spices into the chicken

  • Step 5: Let rest 10 minutes.

  • Step 6: Heat oil and 2 tablespoons of the butter and saute the chicken until browned.

  • Step 7: Flip adding butter as needed.

  • Step 8: When lightly browned, add cream and simmer, don't boil.

  • Step 9: Cook until thickened.

  • Step 10: Add rest of butter.

  • Step 11: Sprinkle on parsley at very end.
