Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 24 ounces Cheez Its or other snack crackers
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 ounces dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Accent seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon ground red pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated garlic
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated onion
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano, rubbed between your palms
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon Tabasco or other hot sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 250ºF.

  • Step 2: Empty all the crackers into a large bowl or pot.

  • Step 3: Whisk together Worcestershire, vegetable oil, melted butter, sugar, Accent, red pepper, garlic, onion, salt, oregano, bouillon powder, chili powder, and Tabasco. Drizzle over the crackers while folding. Fold until well distributed.

  • Step 4: (If you have squeeze bottles, you can use these to drizzle the seasoning. Otherwise you can just pour slowly while folding.)

  • Step 5: Spread crackers on 2 rimmed baking sheets lined with parchment.

  • Step 6: Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.

  • Step 7: Allow crackers to cool and store in an air tight container.
