Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups dry shell pasta
  • 6 cups water, boiling
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Salad
  • 1 ounce Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix (1 packet)
  • 1/4 cup real bacon bits
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 8 ounces deli turkey, diced
  • 8 ounces deli ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut into fourths
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, julienne strips (1/2 cup)
  • 4 cups iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente and drain.

  • Step 2: Rinse until cold.

  • Step 3: Combine Hidden Valley Ranch mix, onion powder and bacon bits with mayonnaise in large bowl, add milk or 1/2 and 1/2 .

  • Step 4: Stir in chilled pasta and remaining ingredients except lettuce.

  • Step 5: Chill for an hour and add more mayonnaise if needed.

  • Step 6: Season to taste.

  • Step 7: Serve on lettuce.
