Step 1: Combine all ingredients and marinate beef of choice in a Ziploc bag with the air pressed out or a Tupperware marinade container. Let the meat marinate at room temperature for at least 3 hours and then in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours and up to 3 days.
Step 2: Bring to room temperature before cooking.
Step 3: Grill or broil to your liking.
