Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 cups low sodium soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sake
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons pure roasted sesame oil
  • 10 large fresh cloves of garlic, sliced
  • 7 green onions, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine all ingredients and marinate beef of choice in a Ziploc bag with the air pressed out or a Tupperware marinade container. Let the meat marinate at room temperature for at least 3 hours and then in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours and up to 3 days.

  • Step 2: Bring to room temperature before cooking.

  • Step 3: Grill or broil to your liking.
