How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat butter, add onions and lightly season.

  • Step 2: Don't brown, cook until translucent.

  • Step 3: Add curry powder, flour (don't brown), milk and whisk hard.

  • Step 5: Use stick blender to cream.

  • Step 6: Add cream and heat, but don't boil .

  • Step 7: Add crab meat.
