Step 1: Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: Grease a 2-quart casserole with shortening or cooking spray.
Step 3: In a 3-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Step 4: Cook green onions and celery in butter 1 minute.
Step 5: Stir in flour and seasoned salt and white pepper.
Step 6: Cook and stir for 1 minute.
Step 7: Add pea juice and cook one minute more.
Step 8: Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
Step 9: Add peas and bacon, stirring gently.
Step 10: Spoon mixture into casserole.
Step 11: Sprinkle with crushed crackers.
Step 12: Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until center is hot and edges are bubbly.
