  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 ounce taco seasoning (1 package)
  • 10 ounces tomato soup (1 can)
  • 15 ounces tomatoes, undrained (1 can)
  • 15 ounces corn, undrained (1 can)
  • 15 ounces pinto beans, undrained (1 can)
  • 2 cups water
  • Garnish
  • 8 ounces Fritos corn chips
  • 2 ounces sour cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown ground beef and onions and season lightly.

  • Step 2: Drain if needed.

  • Step 3: Add rest of ingredients, rinsing out cans with water.

  • Step 4: Simmer 30 minutes stirring occasionally and cook until thickened.

  • Step 5: Season to taste.

  • Step 6: Garnish with Fritos and sour cream.
