  • Tangy Cheese Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/16 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/16 teaspoon hot pepper sauce or to taste (2 to 3 drops)
  • 1/16 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/16 teaspoon hot dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 ounces sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 5 ounces American cheese, diced
  • 1 ounce Swiss cheese, shredded

How to Make

  • Step 1: Sauce: Get seasoning ready.

  • Step 2: In a small heavy saucepan, blend flour into butter until smooth.
