Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 19 ounces cheese tortellini (1 package)
  • 1 cup cucumber, quartered, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 1/2 cup red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives, sliced
  • 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled, (1/2 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/2 cup Greek dressing
  • 12 ounces albacore tuna, drained (1 can)
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Prepare tortellini according to package.

  • Step 2: Drain and rinse with cold water and place in a large bowl.

  • Step 3: Add half salad dressing.

  • Step 4: Add cucumber, tomatoes, onion, olives, feta ,tuna and parsley.

  • Step 5: Toss until combined, then drizzle with rest of dressing.

  • Step 6: Season to taste.

  • Step 7: Toss until coated.

  • Step 8: Serve and refrigerate leftovers.
