  • 3 cups white hominy (undrained, big can)
  • 28 ounces whole tomatoes, with liquid chopped (1 can)
  • 8 ounces green chilies, with juice chopped (2 cans)
  • 3 jalapenos, minced
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large pot over medium heat, cook ground beef until evenly brown.

  • Step 2: Season lightly.

  • Step 5: Add potatoes, carrots, hominy, tomatoes, and chilies.
