Step 1: In large frypan, add oil, garlic, and seasonings.
Step 2: Saute for 3 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Step 3: Add the package of frozen pepper & onion mix and saute over medium high heat to let the water boil off.
Step 4: When the peppers start to look cooked reduce heat to medium low and add the red wine vinegar.
Step 5: Allow to cook for 2 more minutes and remove from heat.
Step 6: Add olives and capers.
Step 7: Place in container and refrigerate for at least 8 hours before using.
