Step 5: Remove to warm serving platter.
Step 6: Make mustard sauce, stir flour into drippings in skillet until smooth.
Step 7: Stir in cream, mustard and cayenne.
Step 8: Cook, whisking 1 minute.
Step 9: Serve chops with sauce.
Step 10: Sprinkle with paprika.
