Step 1: Sesame Seeds ... In a dry saute pan, add the sesame seeds and toast on medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Once you begin to smell them, they should be done. You just want them light brown. Make sure to keep an eye on them, they go very quickly. Set to the side to cool.
Step 2: Dressing ... Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk well. This will last up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
Step 3: Serve ... Over your favorite greens and salad fixings and ENJOY!
