Step 1: Mix all ingredients EXCEPT chicken in a container large enough to hold both chicken breasts in a single layer.
Step 2: Using a meat serving fork, poke holes in the chicken breasts on each side. Then put in container with marinade.
Step 3: Put in the fridge to marinate for about 3 hours.
Step 4: Remove from fridge 1/2 hour before grilling. Place on preheated grill on medium- low heat. In the meantime, pour the marinade in a small saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes. If it's still a little thin, turn heat up to reduce liquid and thicken a little.
Step 5: Turn chicken when one side is nicely browned. Check doneness with a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the meat till 165° F.
Step 6: Plate and pour sauce over top.
