Step 3: Combine self-rising flour, granulated sugar, and fruit cocktail with the liquid in a mixing bowl.
Step 4: Mix the cake batter well.
Step 5: Pour into the prepared baking dish and bake for 50–60 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 6: Remove from oven and let the cuppa cake stand to cool a bit.
