Step 1: Cook carrots, broccoli and cauliflower together in water and bouillon until tender.
Step 2: In large stock pot, melt butter and margarine together.
Step 3: Saute onions and celery until translucent.
Step 4: Add flour and white pepper.
Step 5: Cook but don't brown flour.
Step 6: Add milk and bouillon and whisk until smooth.
Step 7: Add ham, frozen veggies and broth.
Step 8: Simmer until thickened.
Step 9: Season to taste, add salt if needed.
