  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 24 ounces cooked white rice (3 cups)
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white
