Step 1: Put crust in pie pan.
Step 2: Bake in a pre-heated 450-degree oven for 10 minutes or until golden.
Step 3: Cool.
Step 4: Reduce oven temp to 375 degrees.
Step 5: In a large bowl, beat the eggs, whipping cream, salt and pepper, to taste, whisk until well blended.
Step 6: In a medium bowl, toss ham and cheese with lightly seasoned flour and sprinkle in bottom of cooled crust.
Step 7: Pour egg mixture over top.
Step 8: Bake for 45 or 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and edge of crust is golden brown.
Step 9: Let stand 10 minutes.
Step 10: Cut into 6 wedges.
