Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: In Pam sprayed 8 8x8 casserole add soup in bottom.
Step 3: Season lightly to taste.
Step 4: Drain a bit of pea juice into soup can and rinse out can adding to casserole; drain rest of peas and add to casserole.
Step 5: Add onions on top, and bake until bubbly 30 minutes, don't brown.
