Step 1: Cook all rice ingredients in rice cooker or simmer covered for 20 minutes on stove.
Step 2: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 3: Pam spray a 9x13 casserole.
Step 4: Put cooked rice in bottom of casserole.
Step 5: Layer chicken on top.
Step 6: Pour over cream of mushroom soup.
Step 7: Rinse out can with water.
Step 8: Mix the water with chicken gravy and pour over top.
Step 9: Season to taste.
Step 10: Cover and bake for 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
