Step 1: Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a frying pan.
Step 2: Saute asparagus tips until tender.
Step 3: Add spinach and onions, cook just until wilted.
Step 4: Remove.
Step 5: Add more butter if needed.
Step 6: Add seasoning to taste and beaten eggs to hot pan.
Step 7: Add cooked veggies to one side.
Step 8: Add cheese and jalapenos.
Step 9: Flip over one side.
Step 10: Cover cook until cheese melts.
Step 11: Plate.
Step 12: Add avocado on top.
