Step 1: Beat eggs until combined (but not foamy).
Step 2: Add the remaining ingredients, and beat until mixed.
Step 3: Put in a saucepan and cook using medium heat until the dressing thickens.
Step 4: Stir constantly while cooking.
Step 5: Remove from heat and strain.
Step 6: Put in the refrigerator to cool.
Step 7: May be stored for several days.
