  • Spices
  • 3/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 3/4 teaspoon sage
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons corn meal
