Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 pound baby carrots
  • 1/2 head of cauliflower florets
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 dashes ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Pinch of dried oregano

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F .

  • Step 2: Heat up an oven-safe skillet and cook the butter on medium heat until it starts to foam and turn into golden brown. Add the garlic and quickly saute before adding the carrots and cauliflower.

  • Step 3: Stir a few times, then add the salt, black pepper, honey and thyme and oregano.

  • Step 4: Transfer veggies to a roasting pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, and roast uncovered in the preheated 400°F oven for 45-60 minutes or until the carrots and cauliflower become tender. Serve immediately.
