  • 3/4 pound minced chicken
  • 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, minced
  • 3 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/3 cup sweet onions, minced
  • 4 ounces waterchestnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons soya sauce, sodium reduced
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce, your favorite
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves, washed and spin dry

  • Step 1: Mix all the ingredients together except the lettuce leaves

  • Step 2: Lightly oil a skillet and pan fry, stirring as you go, the chicken mixture until cooked about 12 minutes
