Step 1: Heat the chicken broth to boiling (they probably used chicken consomme).
Step 2: Place heated rice equally in heated bowls.
Step 3: Mix the egg yolk, cheese and lemon juice.
Step 4: Swirl the soup fast and over a fork.
Step 5: Dribble into boiling soup swirling to get it distributed.
Step 6: Pour equally into 4 bowls.
