  • Eggs
  • 4 eggs, hardboiled, sliced
  • Topping
  • 10 ounces creamed corn (1 can)
  • 1 tablespoon cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup frozen corn

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown onions in bacon grease.

  • Step 2: Add ground beef and season lightly.

  • Step 3: Add broth, raisins and olives.

  • Step 5: Put in bottom of Pam sprayed 9x9 casserole dish.

  • Step 6: Mix topping.

  • Step 7: Layer eggs over meat.

  • Step 8: Pour topping on top of eggs.

  • Step 9: Bake 350 degrees F oven 30 minutes.
