Step 1: Cook noodles. Drain, and set aside.
Step 2: Saute meat in a large non-stick pot, until cooked through.
Step 3: Add Alfredo Sauce, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Preheat oven to 375.
Step 5: In a well buttered casserole dish, alternate layers of meat sauce, noodles, Ricotta and cream, ending with a generous sprinkling of Parmesan cheese, and a light dusting of nutmeg.
Step 6: Bake for 45 minutes, or until bubbly around the edges.
Step 7: Let set 15 minutes before cutting to serve.
Step 8: Salt and pepper, to taste.
