Step 1: Butter both slices bread and put on a hot griddle.
Step 2: Place cheese on both sides, meat and a little mustard on one side and pickles on the other.
Step 3: Place ham on both sides.
Step 4: Cover until cheese melts.
Step 5: Uncover, and put together.
Step 6: Cook until toasted.
Step 7: Cut in half.
