  • 7 ounces dry white rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 10 ounces tomato soup (1 can)
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons onions, grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Start rice in rice cooker. They did it on the stove, covered for 20 minutes.

  • Step 2: Mix everything in rice cooker rinsing out can with water.

  • Step 3: Season taste.

  • Step 4: Cook.

  • Step 5: Meanwhile, brown ground beef with onions and celery.

  • Step 6: Add peas undrained and add soup; rinse out can with water.

  • Step 7: Simmer until rice is done and meat is thickened.

  • Step 8: Plate rice then top with meat mixture.
